Meet Amanda, Yvonne & Amelia
Hi, I'm Amanda, and I'm the proud mom of my little girl, Amelia. Amelia has always been affectionately known as "Cuckoo," and that special nickname is where the name Cuckoo's Havazoo was born.
The name Cuckoo's Havazoo has a very special meaning behind it. "Cuckoo" comes from Amelia's nickname, while "Havazoo" was inspired by Yvonne's farm, SnakeBite Havazoo, which has been such an important part of our story.
My connection with Yvonne and her husband, Scott, began in 2009 when I was serving with the Lake Havasu City Police Department. What started as a friendship quickly became something much more meaningful. Over the years, we became like family.
Our shared love of animals, children, and our community eventually inspired us to create something truly unique—a mobile petting zoo that could bring the joy of a farm experience directly to families and special events.
And so, Cuckoo's Havazoo was created.
