Waiver & Liability Release Form
Please review the participation agreement for Cuckoo's Havazoo Mobile Petting Zoo.
1. Animal Interaction & Safety
By participating in Cuckoo's Havazoo events, guests interact with live farm animals (including mini horses, goats, sheep, ducks, pigs, and rabbits). Animals can be unpredictable. All participants must treat animals gently and follow instructions from farm handlers.
2. Sanitation & Hand Washing
Hand sanitizing/washing stations or wipes are provided. All participants must sanitize their hands immediately after touching or feeding animals prior to consuming food or beverages.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participants and guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with animal interactions, including minor scratches, nips, or clothing dirtiness.
4. Photo & Media Release
Permission is granted for photo opportunities in our designated photo area. Photos taken during public events may be shared on official promotional media unless opted out in writing prior to event start.
