Refund & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your event date and time, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Deposit Policy
• The $100 deposit is non-refundable
• Deposits secure your event date, animals, staffing, and travel scheduling
• Deposits may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event time, subject to availability
Remaining Balance Policy
• The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled event
• Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of the reservation
Late Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may still require payment of the remaining balance
Weather Policy
For the safety of guests and animals, events may be rescheduled in cases of unsafe weather conditions including:
• Extreme heat 
• High winds 
• Heavy rain 
• Lightning 
Deposits will transfer to the rescheduled date.
Travel Policy
• Events located outside Lake Havasu City include a travel fee of $2 per mile

Booking an event with Cuckoos Havazoo LLC confirms acceptance of all policies listed above.
