PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS DOCUMENT RELEASES CUCKOOS HAVAZOO LLC FROM LIABILITY.
 

This waiver applies to all participants and minors entering or interacting with the Cuckoos Havazoo LLC Mobile Petting Zoo including animal interaction areas, enclosed trailers, and surrounding event areas.
 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Interaction with animals carries inherent risks including bites, scratches, stepping, kicking, crushing, falls, allergic reactions, and unpredictable animal behavior. Animals may include chickens, ducks, pigs, goats, miniature horses, desert tortoises, and other livestock.
 

TRAILER & EVENT AREA SAFETY
Participants understand the mobile petting zoo operates inside or around an enclosed trailer and animal fencing. Risks include slips, trips, falls, ramps, hay, rubber flooring, gates, fencing, and uneven surfaces.
 

HAND SANITATION REQUIREMENT
All participants must sanitize or wash hands BEFORE and AFTER touching animals, feeding animals, or brushing animals.
 

CHILD SUPERVISION
All minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult.
 

ZOONOTIC DISEASE & ALLERGIES
Animals may carry bacteria, parasites, or allergens that may cause illness or allergic reactions. Participants voluntarily assume these risks.
 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Participants release and hold harmless Cuckoos Havazoo LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, and agents from ANY liability including:
• animal bites, kicks, scratches or stepping
• injuries inside the trailer or petting zoo area
• falls, slips, or accidents
• allergic reactions or illness
• actions of other participants
 

INDEMNIFICATION
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cuckoos Havazoo LLC from any claims arising from participation.
 

PHOTO RELEASE
Permission is granted for event photos or videos to be used for promotional purposes.
 

MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for their own medical insurance and expenses.
 

PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT
Parents signing for minors accept full responsibility and agree to all terms of this waiver.
